“We are happy to sing your praises”

I just wanted to thank you, and to let you know how pleased we are with our pews at Shepherd of the Prairie, Huntly, Illinois.  Your prompt response to the on damaged pew, as well as your fixing the saw cuts o the bottom of the pews was simply remarkable!  In this day and age, it is truly amazing that a company such as Ratigan-Schottler stands behind their product with such pride as you do.
