We were honored to partner with Visitation Catholic Church in Kansas City, Missouri, on a project that combined timeless craftsmanship with thoughtful, practical solutions. This sanctuary update included new pews, a frontal screen, and ladderback chairs with rush seats—each piece designed to enhance both the beauty and functionality of the worship space.

Design and Installation Details

The newly crafted pews were built with tradition and durability in mind, ensuring strength and longevity for generations of worshippers. Their design respects the church’s historic character while providing a refreshed and inviting feel to the sanctuary. To further enhance the front rows, a frontal screen was added, offering both structure and visual harmony. To complement the pews, we also provided ladderback chairs with rush seats, a timeless and elegant seating option. These chairs not only bring warmth and character to the space but also provide comfort and durability, making them a practical choice for years of faithful service.

Adaptive Kneeler Solution

Every project brings unique challenges, and at Visitation Catholic Church, one of the most notable involved pews placed on slightly elevated flooring. To ensure all worshippers could participate fully and comfortably, we designed elevated kneelers on the backs of pews in front of the rear row. This custom solution highlights both our adaptability and our commitment to tailoring details that meet the specific needs of each parish. It’s a small but meaningful feature that reflects the level of care we put into every project.
